It was late on a evening in the summer, as Jack and his friends had decided to make a road trip up to the cabin to spend the weekend. They'd all heard tales of the cabin and its intriguing history, and were excited to see the place.

When their arrival, the lodge was exactly as they had imagined it. It was a two-story log cabin, with a spacious porch and an enormous stone fireplace. It was a beautiful day and the skies were a deep purple. Jack and his friends looked on in amazement at the cabin, soaking delight in its splendor.

They got the door open and went into the cabin. The cabin was filled with smoke from the fireplace and the musty scent of old wood. The walls were covered in paintings and the furniture was constructed of leather and wood.

Jack and his companions began exploring the cabin. They headed to the second level and discovered a bedroom with an enormous four-poster bed as well as a window with a view towards the forest. The room was stuffed with books, trinkets and other old items.

Downstairs, they found a large living room with an open fireplace and a piano. They also discovered a dining room with an antique wooden table and chairs.

In the kitchen, they found a small wood-burning stove as well as an old kitchen sink, and various pots and pans. Everything was covered in a thick layer of dust, however there was something comforting about it.

As they continued to explore the lodge, the sun went down and darkness fell over the sky. Jack and his companions decided to light a burning fire inside the fireplace and sit around the fire to chat.

While they were talking and listened to their conversation, they noticed a strange sound coming from outside the cabin. Jack demanded his fellows to be quiet and listen. They were able to hear a knocking sound which seemed to be coming through the trees.

Knock at the Cabin review and his friends were intrigued by the sound, and ventured in the woods. They followed the sound until they came across an old, abandoned cabin. They were astonished to find that the noise was coming directly from the inside of the building.

Jack and his companions were too scared to go into the cabin so they decided to return to their cabin to investigate the following morning.

On the next morning, they returned to the cabin abandoned. The door was opened and saw an elderly gentleman sitting on a chair by the fireplace. He was dressed in a suit, and had the longest white beard.

The old man greeted them and said he had been at the door of their home the night before. Knock at the Cabin explained that he was seeking someone who could assist him. He stated the name of his friend was Mr. Smith and he was looking for the long lost son of his. He had been searching for him for many years and had heard that there was a possibility that he lived in the area.

Jack and his companions offered to help the Mr. Smith find his son. They searched the area and eventually found him living in a nearby town.

After Jack and his buddies went back home to stay with the help of Mr. Smith's young son, they greeted with a joyful reunion. Mr. Smith thanked Jack and his companions for their assistance and asked them to visit anytime.

Following this event, Jack and his friends promised to never forget the mysterious knocking that occurred at an abandoned cabin. They knew that they had been through something unique and they would never forget the experience.
