Someone has created a Minecraft version of Wordle that is an astounding achievement when you think about it. With Wordle being an integral part of people's mornings throughout the past year, it was just an issue of time before someone tried to build it in Minecraft. The sheer amount of effort put into creating something like this, however, is awe-inspiring.

Reddit user, urgle_gurgle with who has a great name has not only made an operational Wordle in Minecraft but also explained how it was made and uploaded it to Curseforge. Then, you can download it and take try it yourself. LET IT SING

While we often see amazing creations in Minecraft's world, the skill and intelligence required to make this one makes it stand out. Urgle_gurgle explains how they used word checking using "a bunch of math to assign every word to an unique number (in base26) and this will be stored in an execute if score command by using Python scripts". lalalalal

Another major issue is the need for a daily word. While the idea is easy to understand, it's not as simple for a computer, and especially not one you have to sync up with an hourly timezone. Redditor once again came up with a method to do it, much like the dinosaurs from Jurassic Park. lalalalal They managed to get it all working by creating a brand new word that is available every time you restart the game.

I created an entirely functional wordle using vanilla minecraft. From Minecraft

It's difficult to wrap your mind around if you don't code however we're happy either way. Theoretically, you could join in fast to play a game of Wordle every time you can This means that this Minecraft version might be better than the actual Wordle.
